THE CHEKING PROCESS – The shelves of stores in France seem less stocked than those of our European neighbours. How to explain it?

Faced with sparse shelves of mustard in supermarkets, the French are beginning to get annoyed. Some even go so far as to claim that the shortages are in fact maintained by the brands and the producers themselves. They take as proof of this the shelves filled with mustard pots observed in our neighbours: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Romania, Norway… Several Internet users have thus shared photos or videos of their discoveries on Twitter.
