In Vinnytsia, in the central part of the country, three missiles fired by Russia hit an office building. In this, the building and nearby residential buildings were severely damaged. 17 of them died.
Also, 50 cars there were burnt and destroyed. Four more Russian missiles fired at the city were intercepted and destroyed by air defense missiles, officials said.
Zelensky Condemned: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack as an open act of terrorism by Russia. He said that the missile was fired at the civilians deliberately and said that a child was among those killed in the attack.
