The legal dispute between Booba and Magali Berdah continues. The rapper announced Friday evening the filing of a complaint against the agent of the stars of the reality show. The same evening, he was in concert at the Francofolies, where the tension rose with the rapper Vald… to the point of requiring the deployment of a CRS cord.

This legal action against Magali Berdah comes as Booba’s Instagram account was suspended on July 11. “We will meet again”, he then tweeted, sharing the announcement of this suspension by Instagram.

In his press release on Friday evening, the artist directly implicates the influencer, whom he accuses of being at the origin of the social network’s approach: “Following my repeated alerts, his teams managed to block my Instagram account “OKLM” (calm), without contradictory procedure and on the sly”, writes Booba.

Accusations of resorting to dropshipping

The dispute between the two protagonists dates back several months and this suspension came a few weeks after a complaint for cyberbullying filed by Magali Berdah and targeting the rapper, which we revealed at the end of May.

The latter regularly issues accusations against Magali Berdah, ensuring that she uses dropshipping. This sales practice consists of acting as an intermediary, without having own stock. The droppshipper relays orders placed with him to the real owners of the product by making a big margin, while often this product is offered at a much lower price by the original seller.

Booba ensures “alert for more than a month against online scams practiced by influencers”. He mentions “scams (…) practiced by Magali Berdah and the influencers piloted by her”.

Accusing him of being at the origin of the suspension of his account, he intends to “use all the legal means which will make it possible to restore (in) freedom of expression on Instagram “and the rapper concludes his press release by announcing “administrative and criminal consequences” after the “hundreds of testimonies collected”.

Earlier this week, Magali Berdah said she was satisfied with the court’s decision to close Booba’s Instagram account. In a press release posted on social networks, she claimed to have received “every day” death and rape threats as well as anti-Semitic remarks since the rapper made his accusations.

“This hateful mob has also released information that is my private life, including my address.” She indicated that she wanted to condemn “those who participated (to his) cyber harassment “. Since the suspension of his Instagram account, Booba has created another. He resumes his identity in the civil status, Elie Yaffa. This Saturday morning he already has more than 185,000 followers.
