The heat is oppressive on the Tour route. It is almost 40°C in the sun and 36°C in the shade. This could cause damage to organisms before a possible mass sprint. So, to hydrate, some teams send emissaries to the rear to bring cans. Thus, Toms Skujins (Trek-Segafredo) took on the task of taking 7 cans under his jersey in order to supply his teammates.
