Slovakia plans to shed dependence on Russian nuclear fuel – Slovakia

During a visit to Vienna, the Slovakian Prime Minister Eduard Heger promised to end his country’s dependence on Russian fuel for nuclear power plants. “We don’t know how long it will take, but we are working on it because it is very important to us that we get rid of our dependence on Russian fuel,” said Heger at a joint press conference with Chancellor Karl Nehammer (ÖVP).
