Doha: As a new step in Qatar’s health care sector, Riyadh Medical Center has started operations on Doha C Ring Road. Shaikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Hamad Althani, Chairman of Riyadh Healthcare Group, attended the soft launching ceremony at Riyadh Medical Center as the chief guest. Managing Director Jamshir Hamsa, Executive Director Dr. Abdul Kalam explained the activities and purpose of Riyadh Medical Center.
With the tagline of ‘Inspiring Better Health’, Athuramurikari started its operations by offering the best treatment and health care. Managing Director Jamshir Hamza explained that the aim of Riyadah Healthcare Group is to provide affordable treatment facilities to everyone and create a generation with health and safety awareness.
Chairman Sheikh Jassim Mohammed bin Hamad Althani said that Riyadh’s strength is the team of doctors who have proven their achievements in the field of health services and experienced staff in medical and non-medical fields. He wished that Riyadh Medical Center would become a distinct face in the health care sector in Qatar.
Jamshir Hamza added that their vision is to make the modern treatment systems accessible to all and empower the common people in the field of healthcare.

The fully digitalized medical center is staffed by experienced doctors and staff. At present 10 departments have started functioning. Departments like Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Radiology, Laboratory with modern facilities and Dentistry have started functioning.
Nine more sections will start functioning soon. Riyadah Medical Center is characterized by skilled doctors, state-of-the-art radio diagnostic, laboratory, pharmacy and optical facilities. The official inauguration will be held in the last week of August. Riyadah Medical Center, which has a large area with car parking and other facilities on C Ring Road, is open every day of the week from 7 am to 12 pm.
