CHENNAI: GV Merit, Rajeshwari Ammal Merit for eligible students taking admission in non-engineering courses such as BBA, B.Com, Law, BSc, BA, Post Graduate courses etc. for the current academic year (2022-23) VIT Andhra Pradesh (VIT – AP) with Scholarships.
The scholarships were announced by VIT Founder and Chancellor Dr. G. Viswanathan. Vice-Chancellor Dr SV Kota Reddy said that the GV merit scholarship in the undergraduate course is for the topper in any board examination of the country. The student will get 100 percent scholarship during the period of undergraduate studies.
Rajeshwari Ammal Merit Scholarship is for district level toppers. A scholarship of 50 percent of the tuition fees during graduation is available. 75 percent if the topper is a girl. Registrar Dr Jagadish Chandra Mudugandi said that 100 per cent scholarship in PG is for those who pass CGPA with 9.0 per cent or 90 per cent marks for graduation. CGPA 8.0/80 percent marks scholarship 50 percent. 75 percent for girls.
