Manama: During the inspection conducted by the LMRA at workplaces and institutions, the authorities informed that some people who violated the residence visa and employment laws were arrested. The inspection was carried out in collaboration with Nationality, Passport and Residents Affairs (NPRA) and Muharraq Police Directorate.
The LMRA authorities clarified that the inspection has been tightened as a part of countering the threat posed by illegal workers. The people concerned also informed that legal action will be taken against those caught.
