Suspension for female ASI who shared FB post of Popular Front leader

Kanjirapally: Suspension for female ASI who shared Facebook post of Popular Front leader. ASI Ramla Ismail of Kanjirapally station has been suspended.

Earlier, a departmental inquiry was conducted against Ramla Ismail and the report was handed over to the SP. Kanjirapally DYSP conducted the investigation. The report was then forwarded to the Kottayam District Police Chief, Central DIG, recommending action.

Meanwhile, the officer gave a statement to the police that the husband shared the post by mistake.
