Britain’s highest ever recorded temperature of 40.2 degrees Celsius (104.36 degrees Fahrenheit) was recorded on Tuesday.

Regarding this, the Meteorological Department of the country said:

High temperature was recorded in various parts of the country on Tuesday. Heathrow, southwest of London, recorded a temperature of 40.2 degrees Celsius. This is the hottest temperature ever recorded in history.

Different parts of the country are reporting different temperature from time to time. Therefore, the Meteorological Department has warned that the maximum temperature may increase further.
