Redmi, Xiaomi’s brand company, has announced a new addition to its K50 line that meets the K50i 5G and is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor.
The phone has a 6.6-inch FFS – Fringe Field Switching LCD screen with a dynamic refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. In Dolby Atmos and equipped with stereo speakers.
The camera department consists of a selfie camera with a 16-megapixel sensor located below the aperture in the center of the screen at the top, with a main camera with a 64-megapixel sensor from the ISWELL GW.1 series sensor and a wide-width camera with an 8-megapixel sensor next to it. The third camera is a 2 megapixel macro camera.
The K50i 5G’s battery is 5,080 mAh with a maximum charging power of 67 watts, and there is support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. There is also an infrared sensor. The operating system is Android 12 with the MIUI 13 interface above it.
Prices are about $ 325 for the 6/128 GB memory version and about $ 360 for the 8/128 GB memory version.
