Tender for the provision of cleaning services in mikvahs in the city of Kfar Saba
The Kfar Saba Religious Council (hereinafter: “the Council”) hereby invites bidders to submit bids for the provision of cleaning services for mikvahs in accordance with the details of the tender documents.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of commencement of the cleaning work and will be extendable, each time for one additional year and not more than four years in the aggregate as specified in the tender documents.
Participation in the tender will be conditional on the submission of documents that will be required as specified in the tender documents, including compliance with the following conditions:
- Registration in any registry maintained in accordance with the law and the possession of the necessary licenses regarding the subject of the contract.
- Valid certificate for the management of account books and records in accordance with the Public Entities Transactions Law (Enforcement of Account Management and Payment of Tax Debts), 5736-1976.
- The production of a statement verified by an attorney, according to which the bidder takes care of the protection of workers’ rights under labor law, and was not convicted in the three years prior to the deadline for submitting bids for violating labor laws and was not fined by a labor inspector in the year From two fines. The bidder has proven experience, of at least three years, in carrying out cleaning work on buildings with a total area of at least 1,000 square meters.
- The bidder has an annual scope of activity in the field of cleaning of at least NIS 500,000 in each of the last three years.
- For the purpose of carrying out the works subject to this tender, the bidder will employ observant and observant workers, who will be trained in the halakhic issues involved in carrying out the works, and will be approved by the council.

A briefing meeting will be held on Sunday 31/7/2022 at 10:00 at the offices of the Religious Council and after that there will be a tour of the various buildings.
Bids must be submitted manually in a sealed envelope stating Tender 1/2022 for the tender box at the offices of the Kfar Saba Religious Council, 48 Herzl Street, Kfar Saba – as specified in the invitation to bid.
Deadline for submitting bids for the tender: Sunday – 21/8/2022 at 15:00.
An offer that is not submitted on time will not be accepted.
