Fencing Worlds: Enzo Lefort, a velvet hand in an iron glove

A “V” that says it all. On the Cairo podium, Enzo Lefort shows with his index and middle fingers the sign of victory. With a smile and a little wink, he also indicates the number two, like the number of consecutive titles of foil world champion to his credit, three years apart to the day. A not so easy feat: only two other shooters, including Ukrainian legend Sergei Golubitsky at the end of the last century, have succeeded.
