Jack Bauer did not hide his nervousness after being the victim of a rather improbable accident. While the BikeExchange runner is riding alone, a UAE Emirates team car brakes in front of him as the road narrows.
The New Zealander then tries to pass to the left of the vehicle, but at the same time, a press motorcycle slips into the only available space. Surprised, Bauer finds himself stuck, and crashes into the car. Visibly without significant injury, he gets up immediately, and does not fail to speak directly to the driver of the motorcycle. Enraged, he seems to blame her for cutting his way off.
Eekhoff crashes into a motorbike
A few meters from Bauer, and while the accident takes place, another surprising fall occurs in front. Dutch rider Nils Eekhoff is taken aback by a slowing motorbike, and crashes into it from behind.
