Now the words shared by the actor’s father and director T Rajender regarding Simbu’s marriage are getting attention.
“When the wheel of time rolls, those who are below will come up. Those who are above will come down. It is said that marriage will happen in heaven. When God decides that Simbu’s marriage will happen, it will happen on that day. Man cannot do anything about it. God will give a good girl as Simbu’s wife and daughter-in-law in our house. We pray to all Gods for that. Rajender told the media. His response came after he returned to Chennai after undergoing treatment in America.
Simbu’s last release was ‘Maha’. The actor appears in a cameo role in the film. ‘Maha’ is a film starring Hansika Motwani in the lead role. The film is directed by UR Jameel. Simbu will appear in a cameo role in Maha. The film will release on July 22. The cinematography of the film is done by J Laxman. Gibran is the music director of the film ‘Maha’.
Chimpu last acted in the film Maanad. The movie was directed by Venkat Prabhu. Belonging to the sci-fi action thriller genre, the film introduces the concept of time loop in a political context. While Chimbu played the lead role of Abdul Khaliq, SJ Suriya also played the opposite lead and won applause. SJ Surya played the role of DCP Dhanushkodi. Kalyani Priyadarshan was the heroine. SA Chandrasekhar, YG Mahadevan, Chandrasekhar, Premji Amaran, Karunakaran, Subbu Panchu, Anjeya Keerthy, Manoj Bharathiraja and others were in the lead roles.

Simbu is also playing the titular character in ‘Korona Kumar’ directed by Gokul. There were reports that Fahad Fazil will play the villain in the film. Corona Kumar is produced by Worlds Film International. Fahadh’s first Tamil film is ‘Velaikarana’ starring Sivakarthikeyan.
