Last week (Day 4), the Kfar Saba Municipality, through the Events Department of the Community and Society Division, held the ceremonial launch of the small dog park, which was established at the end of Gaula Street, corner of Shalom Ash Street, at the request of the neighborhood’s residents.

To the event held in the presence of Mayor Rafi Sa’ar, residents with small dogs came from the neighborhood and the entire region, who brought their dogs to the new garden, where synthetic grass was installed at their request, and a special faucet so that even our four-legged friends can cool off on hot summer days in cool water while they play in the garden the new Evening lighting, a poop bag dispenser and garden accessories were also installed in the garden.

The garden was established by the city’s visual department in full cooperation with the residents of the neighborhood and closely accompanied by the mayor.

The new small dog park joins the magnificent list of dog parks spread throughout the city for the welfare of dog owners at the following addresses: 51 Azar St. – near the Herzo Sports Hall, Horon St. Corner of the Ha’veel, Mol Engel St. 39 Yeroka St. 80, Avraham Keren St. 19, Nescha 60 – In front of David Zahavi St. next to Scouts, 17 Kadushi Cairo St. in front of Moshe Sana, Gan Hampels (Level 12, Level 6), Emek Harod St. 6 B, HaTahiteh St. between 17-19, 13 Shibat Zion St., 22 Kalnit St., Gan Hadkal (12 HaGalil St.), the dog parks in the Kfar Saba city park; the dog park next to the stadium gate and the dog park next to the Weizman Gate. In addition, for the well-being of dog owners and all city residents, about 100 poo-bag stations, bags intended for collecting after dogs, have been installed throughout the city .

As mentioned, the new garden is located in the city center, at 34 Geula Street, near the Steinberg boarding school complex. Kfar Saba Municipality invites dog owners to come and enjoy the garden.
