Russia: We destroyed weapons that the West gave to Odessa

Russia announced that the missiles it launched yesterday (Saturday) at the port of Odessa destroyed weapons that the West had transferred to Ukraine. This was reported in the British “Guardian” newspaper.

The Russian attack was widely condemned by Ukraine’s allies, but it is not clear whether it is indeed a Western weapon.

The attack came after Kiev and Moscow signed an agreement on Tuesday to resume the export of grain from Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea, an agreement that may be able to ease the global wheat problem, since a large part of the world’s wheat comes from Ukraine,
