Overall responsibility for the organization of the training system in the committee, in coordination with the director of the regional committee and the director of the training department in the central committee.
Responsible on behalf of the director of the regional committee and on behalf of the head of the training department in the central election committee for organizing the trainings for the officials in the polling stations within the area of the regional committee, including the hiring of places, equipment, training aids and materials, refreshments, etc.
Prepares a detailed training plan for the regional committee in coordination and according to the instructions of the head of the training department at the Central Election Committee, sets the training dates, coordinates instructors and verifies placement and arrival of candidates for training.
Responsible for delivering the training materials in advance to the officials at the polling stations, gathers the feedback from the trainings carried out and prepares a summary and detailed report that is submitted to the director of the committee and the head of the training department at the Central Election Commission.
Performs additional tasks/assignments as needed and according to the supervisor’s instructions.
