by time news

British singer and songwriter Jarvis Cocker, leader of the band “Pulp”, announced today (Tuesday) that the band will reunite next year and hold a concert tour, ten years after they last performed.

Palp is considered one of the most important British bands of the 90s and one of the leaders of the Britpop genre. Although she has been active since 1978 and released her first album in 1983, she gained worldwide success and recognition in the 90s, with the successful albums “Different Class” from 1995 and “This Is Hardcore” from 1998.

In 2002 Palp disbanded, and in 2011 reunited for a tour that lasted about a year. In February 2013, the band released a new single, but after that it stopped its activities.
