Realme announced Watch 3 with a luxurious design and a seven-day battery

by time news

Realme announced the Watch 3, a recent model in the series of smart watches produced by it, and compared to the previous generation, it seems that Realme has adopted a flat look for the sides of the watch case itself, which emphasizes more the rounded glass above it.

Ironically, the design is very reminiscent of the one that appeared in the first leaks for the Apple Watch 7, and for some reason did not end up in the product that Apple announced. Realme, therefore, has succeeded in realizing the vision that Apple Watch users continue to wait for.

The screen has increased to 1.8 inches compared to 1.75 in the previous model, with a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The Realme Watch 3 of course comes with a heart rate sensor, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), sleep tracking and a built-in GPS receiver. The pre-installed fitness app is capable of tracking no less than 110 different sports and workouts, with hundreds of designs for the time display.

The Watch 3 is resistant to moisture according to the IP68 standard, although Realme makes sure to emphasize that it is not a model intended for swimming. The watch case also includes a speaker and microphone for phone calls, with background noise filtering based on artificial intelligence to improve call quality. The battery time is seven days between charges, actually less than the Realme Watch 2 which allowed 12 days of use.

The price of the new watch will be about 44 dollars, and it is expected to arrive in stores at the beginning of next month.
