Legendary guitarist Jeff Beck, who in his youth was the employer of Rod Stewart or Ron Wood (current Rolling Stones), and movie superstar Johnny Depp met in 2016. The two not only discovered each other a mutual passion for music, but also for racing cars and mechanics. Given their respective busy schedules, we had to wait until the beginning of July to see their first joint collaboration emerge, a record simply titled “18”, it seems because of the ardor that we experience at this age and that the two would have found by working together! A pleasant album with multiple and varied covers, ranging from traditional Celtic music to industrial metal, passing through the Velvet Underground or John Lennon.
