Realizing that the customer had ordered from the hospital, it sent him a free meal with a message attached to it.
It said, “We know you have ordered food from the hospital. We hope you are well.”
Sharing this, Dom Mernock said, “It’s good to collect customer data like this. This action of McDonald’s management is commendable,” he said.
While some of the netizens who saw this post praised McDonald’s action, some also criticized it. They have posted that if they order from a hospital, they don’t have to be a patient, they can be a night shift nurse.
