Gold prices have been rising in Chennai for the past one week. Gold was selling at 4,815 today, which was 4,805 per gram yesterday. Pound has increased from Rs.38 thousand 440 to Rs.38 thousand 520.
The price of gold has increased by Rs 10 per gram and Rs 80 per pound in a single day. Similarly, the price of silver is also starting to rise. It has increased from Rs.62.30 to Rs.63.70 per gram and from Rs.62 thousand 300 to Rs.63 thousand 700 per kg.
As the holy month of Avani approaches, the price of gold continues to rise and has shocked the public.
