After Elon Musk announced that he was abandoning the deal to buy Twitter for 44 billion US dollars, he was sued by the Twitter company in the Delaware court of the United States.
While the judge has announced that the hearing will be held for 5 days from October 17, Elon Musk has filed a counter-case. Details of the information contained in the 164-page petition have not been released.
