CHENNAI: Actor Rajinikanth has praised the six security guards who escorted him safely to the opening ceremony of the Chess Olympiad and brought him back home.
The opening ceremony of the 44th Chess Olympiad in Mamallapuram was held on 28th. Nungambakkam guards were entrusted with the responsibility of taking actor Rajinikanth, who participated in the ceremony with his daughter Aishwarya, from Poise Garden House to Nehru Inner Sports Hall and back to Poise Garden House. Rajinikanth, who was moved by the policemen who did this responsibly, praised him as ‘You policemen are the real superstars’.
