Chess Olympiad is being held for the second day today at a resort in Mamallapuram next to Chennai. In this series for the 2nd round which started around 3 o’clock, a total of 6 teams entered the field on behalf of India. Tamil Nadu player Pragnananda, who was resting yesterday, entered the field today.
In this case, Tamil Nadu player Pragnananda who played in India Open B category has won. Pragnananda secured the win by defeating Estonian teammate Kirill Sukkavini.
