Basseterre: India will enter the second Twenty20 on Monday looking to repeat their run of success on Caribbean soil. The match will be played at Warner Park Stadium in Basseterre. It remains to be seen whether the Windies team, tired of consecutive defeats, will bounce back.
In the first Twenty20, Dinesh Karthik’s batting was impressive in the last overs. With this, Karthik secured his place in the XI of the Twenty20 World Cup to be held in October. Shreyas Iyer, who is not in form in 20 over matches, may be replaced by Deepak Hooda or Sanju.
Spinner Kuldeep Yadav, who is free from injury, is waiting for his return. With four matches remaining in the series, it is not clear whether coach Rahul Dravid will change the winning formula.
