In case of reporting through netbanking, after logging into your account, go to Request or Inquire section. Within that you have to select the Positive Pay link and provide the information about the cheque.
While giving information in any of these ways, it is necessary to mention your bank account number, check number, date of check, amount, to whom the check is issued and MICR Code.
