Based on this complaint, Assistant General Manager (Engineering), Assistant General Manager (Quality Control) and Deputy Manager (Sales Division) of Madhya Dairy visited Dasarathan, in-charge of NROC425, and questioned him in person. According to what he said then, on 30.07.2022, 672 packets of FCM milk were distributed and only one packet was underweight.
