basic requirements:
education:
- Academic education (at least bachelor’s degree).
Licenses:
- Registration in the real estate appraiser’s register.
Experience:
- 3 years for those with a master’s degree.
- 4 years for bachelor’s degree holders.
- The experience will be counted from the day of receiving the license.
- Proven experience in real estate appraisals.
Desired requirements:
- Professional knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Real estate laws, including expropriation laws.
- The decisions of the Israel Lands Council and the management of the land by the Israel Lands Authority.

- High command of Excel software and other computer software related to real estate.
- Ability to characterize and analyze work processes from a broad view of the organization’s purpose and goals.
- Professional leadership ability of employees at a high level.
- High level of teamwork.
