PSG: Daouda Weidmann on his way to Torino

by time news

Is this the first of a somewhat longer list of transfers in the direction of departures for PSG in August? In any case, it should be formalized very quickly. According to our information, an agreement was reached this Tuesday, at the start of the afternoon, for the transfer of young Daouda Weidmann to Torino, a Serie A club (1st Italian division).

Coming from the 2003 generation, Daouda Weidmann, a relay midfielder with a rather attacking profile, played last season with the Paris Saint-Germain U19s under the orders of Zoumana Camara. Contacts with Torino already date back a few days, and the discussions therefore ended on Tuesday. Since the resumption, Weidmann has been training with the “second” group of PSG, made up of players sidelined from the first team and a handful of young professionals. Aged 19 since May, Weidmann had signed his first professional contract with the capital club last season. The details of his future contract with Torino are not yet known.
