Berlarenaar is concerned about Water Festivals: “Just say the Blue-Algae Festivals”

The Waterfeesten are on the program this weekend at the Donkmeer in Berlare. Then there is plenty to do in and around the water at the Donk. But the Donkmeer has been plagued by blue-green algae for a good month now. And when you come into contact with the water, it can be dangerous. A man from Berlare is therefore concerned about the Waterfeesten. But according to the municipality there is no danger to public health.
