‘Joy has come’: Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend are expecting another child. Most recently, Teigen suffered a miscarriage, and now the couple is hopeful again.
US model Chrissy Teigen (36) and her husband, musician John Legend (43), are now expecting another child after a miscarriage in 2020.
The mother of two posted two photos of herself with a clear baby bump on Instagram on Wednesday (local time). “The last few years have been a whirlwind of emotions to say the least, but joy has returned to our homes and hearts,” Teigen wrote along with the photos. So far the pregnancy has been “perfect and beautiful” and she is “hopeful” and feeling great.
The couple announced in October 2020 that they had lost their third child, a boy, who was 20 weeks pregnant. In February, Teigen shared on Instagram that she was undergoing prep treatments for in vitro fertilization. They have had many injections and doctor visits and have waited a while before announcing the pregnancy, she wrote on Wednesday. The couple already have two children: daughter Luna (6) and son Miles (4).
