The Yesh Atid election campaign opening conference took place this evening (Wednesday) at the exhibition grounds with the participation of party members and activists. The chairman of the party, Yair Lapid, spoke first, followed by several members of the party. Among the speakers was the Minister of Economy, Orna Barbiei, who expressed her admiration for the head of her party with an unusual statement.
“Look, we were told all along that you will not succeed, you will not be able to. There was one, there is one who created the world, and there is one called Yair Lapid who said: ‘I am ready to give up.’ Form a government for the country. Enough with the nonsense, it’s time to work for the public and that’s what happened here last year,” Barbibai said in her speech.
Ram Ben Barak: More people understand that this is the only sane alternative to the State of Israel
In an interview with Kipa News, MK Ram Ben Barak said that in preparation for the upcoming elections, Yesh Atid will increase its strength. “More and more people will join Lish Atid, and more and more people realize that this is the only sane alternative to the State of Israel and with God’s help, if I am already interviewed for the Kippah, we will win,” the chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee.
Regarding the possibility of Gantz becoming prime minister, he said that “Ganz’s dignity is in place, but the one who demonstrated leadership, the one who demonstrated the ability to put together connections and the one who really formed a government here is Yair Lapid. If you ask me, Lapid is more suitable to be prime minister.”
Regarding the statement of his friend, Orna Barbiei, in which she compared Yair Lapid to the creator of the world, he said that “there is a creator of the world and there is Yair Lapid who knows how to make connections and build governments and has leadership and we wish him success.”
