For a few days, there were rumors that the second part of the film was coming. Now the producer of the film Rajeev Govindan has clarified this matter.
‘I have also been hearing this news for the past two years. At first I ignored it too. Now it has started to rear its head again. In fact, I haven’t even thought about the second part of The Ordinary. The news coming out now is totally fake.’ Rajeev continued. I’m not even sure if Chakochan or the Bijuu have any knowledge of this. If someone else is behind this I need to know. Because as the producer I own all the rights of the film. As such, there is not going to be a second part of Ordinary without my knowledge. Still don’t know where the news is spreading from. I also want to know its status’, said Rajeev Govindan. His response was to Cannes Channel Media.
