Commonwealth Games- Sudhir stunned by winning gold in para weightlifting

The 22nd Commonwealth Games are underway in Birmingham, England. India has so far won 19 medals including 5 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze.

On the 7th day, Indian sportsmen and women are participating in various sports.

In this case, India has got the 6th gold medal in the Commonwealth Games. Sudhir won the gold medal in men’s para weightlifting by scoring 134.5 points. The score of 134.5 points is a new world record.

With this, India has bagged a total of 20 medals including 6 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze and is ranked 7th.
