Nayanthara is starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Bollywood film Jawaan directed by Atlee. Nayanthara is going to make an entry in Bollywood with this film and after this film she is going to shake up Bollywood.
Jawaan was paid Rs 4 crore as salary. Nilesh Krishna is going to direct Nayanthara’s 75th film after completing this film. An official announcement about this was released recently.
The heroine-centric film is jointly produced by producer R Ravindran’s Trident Arts and Zee Studios. Many celebrities like Jay, Sathyaraj will act along with Nayanthara in this film.
Currently Nayanthara has asked for a salary of 10 crore rupees for her new film. So far, only two Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, have received a salary of up to 10 crore rupees. But Nayanthara has said that she should also be paid 10 crore rupees.
For this, the producer asked Nayanthara to reduce her salary to Rs 5 crore. Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt are both participating in the promotion of their respective films. Even if they ask for a salary of 10 crore rupees for that, there is nothing wrong.
But Nayanthara only promotes her own films. Other producers do not participate in promotions while acting in films. Then why should Nayanthara be paid the salary left and right.
