The High Court has asked the government whether a new directive can be implemented in churches where the Jacobite sect has a two-thirds majority among the parishioners. The court has directed the government to examine the feasibility of providing limited worship facilities to mosques with a two-thirds majority.

In these churches, based on the Supreme Court order, the administrative affairs and vicar of the church will be the Orthodox Church itself. But the proposal put forward by the court is to provide limited facilities to the Jacobite Church, which has a majority of believers.
