During the inspection, serious sanitary deficiencies as well as meat and various meat products, which are unfit for human consumption and may be harmful to human health, were found.
By order of the veterinarian, about 161 kg of cattle, poultry and fish with organoleptic changes that could be harmful to public health were destroyed.
The Ministry of Health would like to emphasize that the handling of animal food, its storage and marketing without the conditions required by legislation and without traceability, may harm public health.
The Ministry of Health stated that the Ministry, together with the local authority, will continue to take enforcement measures against the business.
