In India The aviation industry has grown tremendously in recent years. Air travel was once reserved for the rich. Due to the introduction of low fare tickets in recent years, modernization of airports across the country, accessibility to many small cities in the interior, and substantial foreign direct investment in domestic aviation, India occupies a prominent place on the global aviation map. India currently ranks third in the world in terms of domestic air traffic. India is projected to occupy the third position in international air traffic in the next two years. In that case, there is no need to say how much the employment in this sector will increase. Hence, the demand for pilots and flight attendants will continue to increase.

Pilot: It is not a degree that can be studied and bought, it is a license given by the Director General of Civil Aviation, known as DGCA, the important thing that we need to know. It is a Commercial Pilot License called CPL. A pilot license is awarded to those who have successfully piloted an aircraft independently for 200 hours. A +2 course is sufficient for this, but must include Maths and Physics. Must pass Medical Fitness Test. There is an opinion that ‘glasses wearers are not selected as pilots’. That is not true. It is a fact that even those who wear glasses can become pilots after testing whether their vision is within the permissible level.

Once there was a situation where one could only go abroad for pilot training. The good news is that many colleges have sprung up in India today. Well, what is taught in pilot training?

International laws related to airspace include navigation, weather, handling of aeronautical communication devices, and the operation of aircraft engines. With these understandings the flight training begins. All you have to do is check if the college or training institute you are joining has its own flight.

The tuition fee is the only thing that can hold many people back when it comes to pilot studies. It is not possible for everyone in an environment where it costs around 50 lakh rupees to study abroad and 20 lakh rupees if you study in India. However, if you can get an education loan from a bank and study, you can dare to do so. The reason is that pilot salaries are attractive. Indian airlines require a lot of people for pilot jobs. You can pay off your purchase loan easily. Pilot is suitable for both men and women. In fact, it is a healthy thing that there are a lot of women pilots in our city in recent years.

Air Hostess: Once upon a time air hostess training institutes were only in cities like Delhi and Mumbai. This situation has changed and today there are many training institutes in Tamil Nadu. There are many private coaching institutes not only in metropolitan cities like Chennai but also in cities like Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy.

Even if we call Air Hostess as Flight Attendant in Tamil, in practice there are many male flight attendants. Yes, it is worth noting that both men and women are equally represented in the post of air hostesses all over the world.

There are various diploma courses for air hostess training starting from 6 months to 2 years. However, one year training is more common. Although +2 completion is enough to join air hostess training, many times degree holders join it more often. Our Indian flights also go to foreign countries. Many people get employment in foreign airlines. Realizing that graduation is essential in this environment, most airlines prefer to hire graduates. However, since this training can be taken part-time for up to two hours per day, many people successfully complete both part-time and part-time air hostess training while pursuing a full-time college degree.

Well, what is taught in air hostess training? There are various things like airline related, tourism related, hotel related. First you will be given the basic training needed to interact with everyone with confidence. This is because there are many types of passengers who take a flight, from those who have a good laugh to those who are burnt out on anything. This confidence exercise is important because we need to deal with them patiently and smilingly no matter what they are. For this training you will be imparted communication skills to speak English fluently. For India, besides English, chances are a bit brighter for those who are familiar with Hindi and various state languages.

Next, they will tell you in detail how to groom yourself physically and in terms of appearance. After that, a detailed introduction to the aviation industry will be given. Apart from this, as only those who have undergone special training and written the exam can do the issuing of tickets for the flight, training related to air ticketing will also be provided. Also, tourism related knowledge will be imparted. Above all these, the most important exercise you should take is swimming. First aid in case of emergency will also be taught. Apart from these, practical training inside the aircraft is also an important part of air hostess training.

Special emphasis will be given in Air Hostess training on hotel management and food service training. Thus, those who complete the Air Hostess training get employment not only in the airline but also in five star hotels. In recent years, they are also employed in luxury cruise ships, which are increasing in countries around the world. Most of the air hostess training institutes are private institutes so they design the admission process according to their convenience. Although everyone selects the students in different ways like entrance test, interview, interview, joining Air Hostess training is not that difficult.
