Media authorities in the United States report that they arrested Richard Posey (44) who was suspected of defrauding insurance companies for years. Suspicion arose after Richard was recorded taking countless photos of a fatal car accident he passed on the road. The police officers who were at the scene tried to understand what was behind the strange photo session and decided to arrest the man.
