The trading week in Tel Aviv closed with a positive trend in the leading indexes which continued the positive streak for another week. Among the prominent stocks in the sector, we note AL G City which jumped 10.9%, Aloni Hatz rose 4.17% and Melisron strengthened by 3.6%. The trading turnover was lively and stood at NIS 2.25 billion.

Beyond the jump in the G City stock, the positive trend in the Tel Aviv 125 index was led by Nova and Ferion dualities, which rose 5.36% and 5.19% respectively. Direct financing also stood out positively after this morning published strong reports showing a net profit of 74 million shekels in the second quarter, the stock jumped 5.16 % in wake cycle.

The negative trend was led by Magic shares which fell 7.3%, Cellcom which fell 6.3% after the sale of 10% of the company’s shares to Kahl, Harel and Menorah by the controlling owner DSKSH which dropped to a 35% holding. The sale was made at a relatively favorable price of NIS 19.25 per share and Yohannoff, which fell 3.1%.

Of all the market shares, we should mention Yoman Extensions, which announced at noon that it had received an offer from a Chinese investment fund to invest in the company against a 40% share allocation based on a value of 50 million dollars before the money. The company’s shares jumped 93.3% accompanied by a turnover of NIS 5.3 million. We note that after the increase the company is trading at a low value of only about NIS 88 million.

Endimed stood out with a 18.3% price drop after the market was disappointed by the half-yearly reports.

Energix closed the trade with a gain of 4.17% after publishing reports this morning, for the first time the revenue threshold crossed NIS 100 million in the quarter. In addition, the company reported a private offering of 26 million shares to Altshuler Shaham in exchange for NIS 339 million.

Discount Bank ended trading unchanged after a volatile trading day. This morning the results for the first quarter were published, the net profit decreased compared to the corresponding quarter and stood at NIS 680 million with a return on capital of 11.8%.

Partner concluded the second quarter of the year with record revenues of 6 years and a jump in net profit to NIS 47 million. The company’s shares actually registered a decrease in daily summary of 1.2%.
