For three days traditional food of Tamil Nadu, delicious food and healthy food are displayed here. Food is showcased through 150 stalls.
Awareness is also created about the need to eat traditional foods and small grain foods, avoiding foods that are harmful to health. Every day thousands of people participate in this food festival to not only taste the food but also to know what kind of food they should eat in the future.
Among the 150 stalls there is no stall for beef biryani. Various criticisms arose in this regard. Explaining this in a press conference, Minister M. Subramanian said, “I also eat beef biryani, food is a human right. If the shop owners had asked to set up a beef biryani arena, we would have given permission,” he said.
However, there is no shortage of criticism on social media. In this case, permission has been given for beef biryani from today. Beef Biryani will be sold at Sukkubai Biryani Arena from today.
