Oman’s oil exports up 16.2 percent

Muscat: Oman’s oil exports increased by 16.2 percent in the first half of this year, according to a report by the National Statistics Center. This is the figure till the end of June 2022.

China is the largest importer of oil from Oman. China has imported 123.10 million barrels of oil from Oman till the end of June 2022. Oman’s total domestic natural gas production increased by 4.4 percent. The figure till the end of June 2022 is 25.77 billion cubic meters.

It was 24.69 billion cubic meters during the same period last year. Oman’s daily oil production increased by 9.7 percent during this period. Daily production is 1.047 million barrels. Oil prices reached 90.4 dollars per barrel in the period till the end of June this year. This is 60.9 percent higher than the same period last year.
