Duleep Cup organized by BCCI will be held in Tamilnadu cities this year.
The inter-zonal Duleep Cup cricket tournament will be held from September 8 to 25. The tournament will be held in the cities of Chennai, Salem and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu this year in which six teams namely North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone, North East Zone and Central Zone will participate.
It is known that the BCCI is planning to hold the tournament in the cities of Tamil Nadu this time as it rains heavily in September in North India. The first match will be played in Chennai while the semi-finals will be played in Salem and the final in Coimbatore. BCCI took this decision as some of the recent TNPL matches were played in Coimbatore and Salem.
