basic requirements
Academic education (bachelor’s degree), master’s degree preferred.
3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields (2 years of experience for master’s degree holders):
- Management or concentration of complex and multi-interface projects
- Experience in the professional field of the unit: in the field of employment and placement, in the field of training or working with excellent populations
- Experience in the professional field of promoting occupational diversity.
Additional desired skills:
- Good familiarity with the public sector, with an emphasis on the civil service
- Familiarity or experience working with diverse populations
- Good familiarity with training and leadership programs in the public and third sectors
- Experience in placement processes and occupational counseling
- High harnessing and driving capabilities
- High capabilities of working in wide interfaces and complex systems
- High abilities to work in a team, including in intensive work
- High organizational skills including time management under conditions of load and pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Representativeness and a high sense of service
- Good familiarity with the world of social networks
