Inauguration of Mangalore Express Train Service at Avadi Railway Station: Union Ministers Attend

Chennai: The Union Ministers flagged off the service of the Chennai-Mangalore High Speed ​​Express train that stops at Avadi. Mangalore Express runs daily from Chennai Central MGR Railway Station. The train departs from Central Railway Station at 4.20 pm every day and reaches Mangalore the next morning. It will then depart from Mangalore at 4.55 pm and arrive at Chennai Central Railway Station the next morning.

This high-speed express train will stop at Avadi railway station on a trial basis of 6 months. After that, the Southern Railway announced that it will submit a report to the Union Government for all express trains stopping at Avadi railway station to carry passengers. In this case, Union Minister of External Affairs Muralitharan and State Minister L. Murugan flagged off the Chennai-Mangalore high-speed express train service yesterday morning at Avadi railway station.
