• Responsibility for the administrative promotion of real estate settlement procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Land Rights Settlement Ordinance [נוסח חדש]5779-1969 and to the supervisor’s instructions.
• Auditing claims in the field, and in the process monitoring tests and measurements in the areas designated for the settlement, as well as checking the maps of the blocks that are in the settlement.
• Participating in public inquiries about settlement claims together with the settlement official or his/her deputy in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.
• Administrative response to public inquiries and guidance of those applying to the Bureau on issues handled by the Settlement Bureau.
• Giving testimony in the courts regarding the settlement work in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.
• Carrying out additional work in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.
