29 students of Zolinger Martial Arts Academy and Japan Shito Roy Karate Training School participated in the Nobel World Karate Record Competition held in Chennai and achieved a world record of 1000 kicks in 30 minutes. Medals and certificates for world achievements were given to the students and masters who achieved the Nobel World Record in Karate.

This was followed by Handloom and Textiles Minister R. Gandhi, Collector Bhaskara Pandian, Solingar MLA. Munirathanam personally met Solingar Municipal Chairman Tamilchelvi and congratulated them by showing them the medal and certificate won in the Nobel World Record.

Solinger Municipal Vice President Palani, Solinger Chief Karate Coach Karthi and parents were present.
