(yesterday there were 24), for a total of 131.856
victims from February 2020. People recovered or discharged they are altogether 4.537.210 and 2,626 those who came out of the Covid nightmare today (2,940 yesterday). The positive current – the subjects who have the virus – turn out to be in everything 74.654, equal to -121 compared to yesterday (+759 the day before).
The swabs and the scenario
I total swabs (molecular and antigenic) were 222.385 , or 181,330 less than yesterday when it was 403,715. While the the rate of positivity rises slightly: we are at 1.1

The health system
The hospitalizations are growing, but not the intensive care. The beds occupied in ordinary Covid wards I’m +106 (yesterday +18), for a total of 2,579 hospitalized. The beds occupied in intensive care (TI) are 3 less than yesterday (yesterday +3) – this is the balance between the people who left and those who entered ICU -, bringing the total of the most seriously ill patients to 3338, with 16 entrances to resuscitation (yesterday 18).
The vaccines
The vaccine doses administered are over 88.7 million. Citizens who have completed the vaccination cycle are over 44.3 million (82.17% of the population over 12). To have received at least one single dose are 46.4 million people (86.01% of vaccinables). In the meantime, the administration of third (or additional) doses is proceeding: more than 819 thousand Italians have received the booster dose, having completed the vaccination cycle by six months. The cases region by region
Sicily is the first region in terms of number of infections (443), followed by Emilia-Romagna (386) and Lazio (362). The Autonomous Province of Bolzano announces that of the 22 new positives reported on 25 October, 7 derive from antigenic tests confirmed by molecular tests. The data provided below, and broken down by region, is the total cases (number of people found positive since the beginning of the epidemic: includes deaths and recovered). The variation indicates the number of new cases registered in the last 24 hours.
